All reservations are subject to a booking fee, a departure cleaning fee and 11% tax as well as a security

deposit. Customer agrees to pay additional amounts due if the tax rate increases. The rental rate is

based on number of persons occupying the property. This number of persons must not be exceeded. All

amounts are payable in US Dollars. Acceptable forms of payment are personal checks, travelers checks,

cashiers checks, money orders and VISA, DISCOVER OR M/C. Booking fees are non-refundable.

A deposit is due upon making the reservation. The deposit consists of the Security Deposit, the Booking

balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Refund upon written request only. A cancellation fee of $100 applies to every cancellation. For

cancellations received at least 90 days prior to arrival: deposit less cancellation fee will be refunded. For

cancellations received 89-60 days prior to arrival: deposit less cancellation fee and less security deposit

will be refunded. For cancellations received 59 or fewer days prior to arrival: NO REFUNDS unless

property can be re-booked without loss. If the property can be re-booked without loss all monies paid

less cancellation fee will be refunded after the arrival date. No refunds for early departure. We

recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Keys are picked up and dropped off at Sunny Beach Vacation Rentals & Sales, Inc, 1801-B Estero Blvd,

Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931. Keys will be in lockbox if arrival is after office hours.

Check-In time is 2:00 pm and Check-Out time is 10:00 am.

Please leave only the towels and sheets you are using the night or morning before your departure – 2

towels per person and 1 set of sheets per bed- for the cleaners. If more laundry is left behind there will

be an additional charge for extra cleaning. Thank you for your cooperation.

Local phone calls are free. The charge for lost keys, garage opener or lock-out is $75.00. You rented

this property from a private owner, who assumes that you have sufficient insurance in case of an

accident. The owner and the property management are not responsible for any accident. In addition the

management is not held responsible or liable if the rented property is not available due to outside

influences or if the property is being sold. If those circumstances occur the management will make every

effort to find a similar rental under the same conditions.
